Notice is hereby given that the
ANNUAL PARISH MEETING
will be held on
Sunday 23rd October 2022
in the Church Hall:
57 Harvard Road, London, W4 4ED
The meeting will commence immediately after the Sunday Divine Liturgy and will be presided over by His Grace Bishop Irenei.
All parishioners are welcome to attend the meeting.
Voting and election is open to parish members who are at least 21 years of age, have paid their membership subscription, have made their confession and taken Holy Communion not less than once a year, and who tend to the moral and economic welfare of the parish and are in good standing with the Church.
If by the time scheduled for the meeting the parish members present should fail to constitute the required quorum, another Annual Parish Meeting shall be convened 30 minutes later on the same day which meeting shall be considered valid in the presence of any number of attending members.
Membership subscriptions (£100 per person, or £200 per family) must be paid in full by 16th October 2022. If paying by bank transfer, please use
