Archbishop Mark: Parish Councils Provide an Opportunity for Conciliar Work Within the Russian Church Abroad

The website ROCOR Studies publishes an interview with our diocesan bishop, Archbishop Mark of Berlin, Germany and Great Britain. The interview was conducted in London by the editor of ROCOR Studies and good friend of our London Cathedral parish, Father Deacon Andrei Psarev, who is an instructor at Holy Trinity Orthodox Seminary, Jordanville, New York. In this interview, Vladyka Mark speaks about topical issues that the Russian Orthodox Church Abroad faces, and stresses the importance of the parish as a focus of community, a concept that has been cultivated by previous generations of Russian émigrés.
