How to make a donation

Dear Brothers and Sisters!

Our Church is maintained solely by the contributions of our parishioners and through occasional donations from private donors.

The continuing constructional work, the completion of the decoration of the interior and embellishment of the Church still involves us in very significant expenses which are way and above our running expenses.

If you would like to support the Church, then please subscribe through the monthly donation scheme. The amounts depend on your own personal circumstances, these regular amounts help us to plan our budget, but they are also very important spiritually. St Paul says that faith without good works is of little worth. Almsgiving or donations can be your good works, and remember that God loves a cheerful giver. Setting up a regular donation is very easy just fill in a Standing Order form (download here) and send or hand it in at Church and we will arrange everything. Your help, however small, will allow us not only to maintain the Church on a daily basis, but also develop further our spiritual, cultural and educational activities, and most importantly to complete the Church’s construction to stand as a beacon for you and for your children and successors. A place where you will be prayed for long after you have past on. Please consider asking for gift aid form, which allows the Church to claim back a portion of your donation.

Please remember the “London Russian Orthodox Church” when drawing up your Last Will and Testament.

We thank and pray for our permanent donors and will be shortly start offering a monthly Molieben for them and for their intentions. On Soul Saturdays we will pray for the Souls of our departed donors and contributors.
